Unbelievable service from Tom Wood Subaru. Met with Jerremy Monroe who greeted my girlfriend and I immediately. Right off the bat we appreciated the hospitality we received while there, but also noticed the high level of professionalism that each employee carried. My car buying experience was fantastic and I am glad that I came all the way down from South Bend to make Tom Wood my car dealer!

I couldn't be happier with my experience at Tom Wood Subaru! I found my perfect Forester in a "no pressure" atmosphere. Lou was more than willing to take time to educate me throughout the process, which I definitely appreciate as a first time buyer. He also showed us around the Subaru museum, which we loved! Max was also very helpful while we were finishing up the paper work. I'm certain I will be a lifelong customer!

I always take my Subie to Tom Wood...even though it's in Indy and I am in Kokomo. I have been pleased with the service, the facility reflects the Subaru idea of conservation of natural resources and it is always clean and well taken care of. I have not had an issue with service...seem professional.
I love the Subaru car! The car is amazing!! The service department, not so much. The sales guys really sold us on how fast their service department was and that you didn't have to have an appointment. My last two oil changes took right at an hour and half. I needed a tire fixed (under their warranty program) which took almost 2 hours to complete...
