Great service and response time. Todd VonBlon, service advisor, and Jerry Williams, service manager, are responsive, thorough and always willing to check out any issues.
Awful experience. Very unprofessional. Promises mean nothing. I went to Tom Wood Subaru twice and they were unable to fix my car twice, because they had too many other cars to fix before mine and they'd run out of time for me, etc, even after I'd been sitting in the waiting room for 2 hours after my appointment time. I was then promised several times that they would call me after checking my warranty and ordering me a part for my car. Great and friendly service! They finished ahead of schedule and their waiting area was so nice I didn't even mind staying to wait for my car. Todd was Vey helpful and gave great suggestions to help me determine the best options for car's and my own needs.
Dwane was awesome! I came from Colorado to get my new car and he happily picked me up from Indinapolis. He acually was driving my new car when he picked me up, which gave a great oppertunity for him to show me all of the advanced safety features in action. The transaction very simple and he was very clear about pricing details. Helped me link my phone to my car with multiple apps and then showed me all the awesome technical features the car and apps have to offer. I'm very pleased with my new car. Thank you guys again!
Peyton Dorsey of Tom Wood Subaru in Indianapolis was the best auto salesman I have ever met, and he is giving a very good name to auto salesmen, contrary to the usual image of those salesmen. He and his manager were very patient and intelligent, and I ended up buying a new 2018 Subaru Forester, with which I am extremely happy.
