Just to make it very clear, I LOVE my Subaru. However. I dropped my Subaru off for its 30,000 maintenance at 9:30 yesterday and was told it would be "late afternoon" when it was done. Around 5PM I called and asked when my car would be done. "We're open till 8PM" was the response. Well, guess what? I am not. Having heard nothing at 9AM the next day, I call and talk to the manager. They need to clean house in the service department, starting with Josh! Sales experience was good, but service after the sale is pathetic. Must be third generation running this outfit now. First one, builds the business, second generation maintain's and third generation drive's it into the ground.!
My car sat in the bay for 1 hour before I went and asked what was going on. It had been complete the whole time. They have terrible customer service.
Absolutely hate Tom Wood. Another service. More bad customer service. Dropped off car at 7:30 (first customer in line). Was told when I scheduled the service that it would take 4.5 hours. I'm back. It's been 8 hours and I'm told the parts just arrive an hour ago. I told the guy that this 30,000 mile maintenance was scheduled in advance and they should have had everything they needed. I bought my 2017 Subaru Forester throughly Greg Begley a year and a half ago. He is the best car sales consultant I’ve ever had the pleasure of doing business with. He was very helpful, patient, and positive. He got me exactly what I asked for and more. He has great communication and still sends me updates and checks in. I always give his name and number whenever I hear someone is looking for a vehicle to purchase. He is very kind and considerate. You will love buying your vehicle with him as your consultant!
The salesman I worked with was very helpful (or so I thought). After driving four hours to look at a used vehicle which I was assured was in great condition, I found major issues. These issues were brushed off and I was very unhappy. My fault for trying to purchase a used vehicle so far away I guess. I would still never suggest this dealership to anyone.
