RecommendedMy husband and I purchased a 2018 Murano from Scott Herrman tonight and as always with Tom Wood dealerships and their employees, the service was exceptional. Scott made sure we were 110% satisfied with our purchase, even though that meant him staying 2 HOURS past closing. If that doesn’t say above and beyond customer service, then I’m not sure what does! Highly recommend Scott and all of the other friendly faces at Tom Wood Nissan!

Absolutely no help after they sell you a lemon. Bought a 2017 on 1/7/19 returned with it on 1/24/19 for an issue that put my family in danger. Now it has been at another issue for warranty repair. Tom Wood has never helped me get updates or keep me informed...we are going on 5 weeks and nobody has tried helping. Also- now I’m in a loaner car with expired plates and doesn’t even come close to fitting my family which is why I purchased a van in the first place. Extremely frustrated and will never suggest Tom Wood dealerships.
Do you always give people loaners too small for their families and have them drive on plates a month expired? You should do more for your customers.
Tom Wood Nissan exceeded all my expectations. I was there with a buddy of mine looking at leases when I heard about the deals they were having on their Nissan Maximas. I couldn't pass it up. The whole process was great. They made sure my wife and I had everything we needed and were comfortable with the purchase. Thanks, Austin and Keith for all your help!!

The sales team is very professional and understanding. I told them what I was trying to accomplish with my next lease and they presented me with the options that fit my requirements. I made two trips to them and purchased the perfect car for myself and my family. I would highly recommend getting your next car from them. Ask for Austin and Keith they will get you in the best vehicle possible!
I’ve been doing this “car” thing for a LONG time and I can’t think of an easier experience than the one I just had with Tom Wood’s staff especially Ellie Shrock. She was fair, upfront and more than accommodating. Communication flowed easily and there was never any question about the process from beginning to end. I HIGHLY recommend Ellie and her support staff to ANYONE looking for a new ride!
Great experience with Todd Lloyd acquiring our pre-owned Murano. The TW lifetime powertrain warranty is a huge deal and really helped us make the decision to buy. Second vehicle purchased from TW group in the past five years or so, and it has been worth the travel.
