Welcoming and knowledgeable staff. Accommodating, wanted to help, didn’t make you feel like you needed to “take a number”. I wasn’t in a rush to get this vehicle back so showed up the first time without an appointment and it didn’t phase them. They took care of the recall and other smaller items I requested, kept in touch via text but didn’t overwhelm the thread with details.
