I've been working with Tom Wood Nissan for the past three years now. I just finished up a lease with them and told them I wasn't interested in leasing again. Brian was very helpful and pulled some strings to help get me into a new car without jumping into a new lease. My current situation is unique since I am moving across the country soon. Brian made the process easy as possible and did so with my best interest in mind.
one of there sales personnel contacted me about a vehicle i was selling. stating that they would like to purchase it. arrived at the dealership and they were trying to scam me. wanted me to trade it in on another vehicle not sell it to them like we agreed on
Brian is great to work with. I went in and let him know exactly what I wanted to work around and he was truly thoughtful when making the best decision for myself in the long run. I got a great deal on a new car rather then extending payments on and old and I didnt feel pressured at all.

I've been there several times without any problems... even bought a car from them & am very pleased with it! Although last weekend it took 3 hours for an oil change 🤬 and I even scheduled the oil change a week in advance so they knew it was a BMW. Claimed they had to go get the oil from BMW (which is just a few blocks away) I thought they went to the BMW plant Germany it took so long. Lie on their website about what warranty coverage is offered to get you in there and then won’t honor what’s listed. Also raise the prices shown online then make a big deal about coming down in price on their overpriced (per every website) vehicle, saying “gone are the days of negotiating.” Take your business elsewhere is my recommendation since Tom Wood cares more about their bottom line than the customer.
Good service and friendly staff. And the Starbucks coffee! What else could you ask for? LOL! I am able to work on my laptop while waiting for my oil change.
