I came in to get my first car and Scott Herman was very helpful in our sale. He made is fast and simple for me.
setup for my appointment was quick and easy I arranged for their shuttle service to take me to a local rental car place after I checked in I was told the shuttle would be soon. 15 minutes later and numerous inquiries about when , the shuttle guy stopped what he was doing and took me. if they wish to wait till they have a full car load they should tell people that. I was led to believe that I could be taken promptly down the street.
