I purchased a new Nissan over the weekend and was surrounded by the friendliest staff Ive ever met. Braxton was my Sales Consultant of my purchase and he had his work cut out for him. I came in knowing exactly what I wanted and the price I was willing to spend. Tom Wood has quick service, and good prices too! The service center has cable, free WiFi, water, tea, coffee, and snacks too. A nice place to relax while waiting on an oil change, a car wash, or other service. It’s really easy to make an appointment online or over the phone. All of the sales people are friendly and helpful, especial Scott Herrman. I’ve worked with him twice getting both of my Nissan Altimas, and I have never been disappointed. I’ve purchased many cars in my day and working with Kevin Winebar and Tom Wood Nissan was by far my best experience. Kevin located the truck of my dreams from IL (Midnight Edition Titan) and brought it to me. I even had my kids with me this morning and they had a blast at the dealership while I wrapped things up. Kevin even let my son help install the front license plate holder. Great experience from beginning to end and no hassle pricing. The Titan deals are fantastic through end of month if interested!

I was in desperate need for a new car since my car had been totaled by my insurance company. Ellie was great help and very patient with me when I left and came back and decided to purchase. I was in and out in about 2 hours! I knew the exact car and I wanted and Ellie and John got me into it with no hassle and a great price. They were knowledgeable and friendly. Great warranties and incentives were included. I am very happy with my purchase!

I always have a great experience at Tom Wood Nissan. They get my car serviced fast but thoroughly and they explain any issues before they do anything to the car. I can sit and have a coffee, watch tv or use their internet for office work. When my car is ready it’s been washed and vacuumed. And their service staff is so friendly, especially Katie. Awesome.
