Stay away from this place! Highly incompetent! Wife went in for surgery (kidney stones) ISSUE#1:they gave her the wrong time although that was blamed on the doctor. Dr Mustafa. She waited for two hours. ISSUE#2:Then they brought her to the wrong operating room which wasn’t even ready (more waiting) and lucky for my wife they realized it. #ISSUE#3: they sent her back to pre/op and sent someone who had just gotten there to get surgery. I pray this person got the right surgery! More waiting. Needless to say we are never dealing... read more

The staff in the Neurology department at the front desk are terrible. I feel like if you hate your job that much get a new one. All the receptionist there are rude and always act annoyed when they are literally sitting there not doing a damn thing. They need a refresher course on how to treat patients

I’ve been seeing Dr Henry Naddaf for about 10 years and I love him!! He always takes such great care of me and he knows me and my health issues so well that he never has to look at my file. All of the other specialists that he refers me to there are also good. I highly recommend them.
After a recent hospitalization, my husband received a bill from Toledo Clinic for physician services. We are self pay. I attempted to call the billing office to ask about a self-pay discount. I was told the bill was already discounted, although they had no idea how much the discount was or what the "normal/regular" fee for service was. I was just to trust them that it had been discounted. In dealing with multiple bills from this hospital stay, this is certainly not the norm. I also attempted to get medical records for these ... read more
