We have never had a problem here. The doctors are all good. The facility is always clean. Sometimes there is a wait to see doctor but that is everywhere.
We were greeted by a nurse wearing jeans and house slippers to take vitals. My grandmother and I waited 45 minutes to see her doctor when I asked the girls at the front how much longer the replied another 20 minutes. Mabey they need to rethink their schedule policies. After seeing the same physician every 12 weeks for years he still can't remember her chief concerns. I wish I could convince her to change doctors
Went there for pain management and later a spine surgery. Well pain management will ignore any problems you may have with their treatment. I received a series of shots the second series caused me incredible pain. I had talked to the doctor about it which he ignored. I complained for another week and my calls were ignored. Finally i was transferred to the doctor on a friday...his response was.."I'm playing golf what do you want? I go to the Clinic often and have had excellent care there. From the wonderful, thoughtful ladies working at the desks on the different floors to my own Drs. and their staff everything is very nice!! The waiting rooms are all clean and neat as are the restrooms. I see several Drs there plus have blood drawn, I rarely wait more than a few minutes past my appointment times.
They're too big for their britches, patient care is NOT the priority here your insurance is and the big girl that works at the desk in the pain management clinic is a bitch! I wouldn't send my dog here, we're going to Dr McCormic now for my Dad, this place is a joke! And so is Dr Lewis!
I have ben seeing Dr Salvi at the Toledo Clinic for nearly 3 years now all the staff have ben so verry nice and helpful i couldnt have better care.
