After checking into the Toledo Clinic with a client, I inquired about needing a wheelchair for my patient. The nurse looked around and told me I would need to search the buildings for one. Same nurse looked at my 62 year old client that could hardly stand and asked me “who’s the patient”? Are you kidding me!!! Is this where incompetence goes to work! Clearly!
Recommendeddoctors are very helpful and polite..would not go anywhere else...

3 bad experiences : most recent, Dr. Mehta almost cost me my job. I was very sick with sudden stage 4 Kidney failure. He gave me some scripts, took a few away that were not helping the kidneys along with 2 off work excuse slips totalling 2 1/2 weeks. 3 weeks later I get a call that he refused to sign the FMLA papers that are required by my employer saying there was no reason I couldn't work. I will not go back to Toledo Clinic after the way they mistreated my sister. Specifically Dr. Mehta! I see Dr Ravindran but will not go back!!

Dr Krill' office very hard to rwach during normal business hours. I called asking for a prescription wheelchair placard to be replaced.I wanted it mailed as I do not drive. I was refused. My special needs son is the patient.

Extremely, unprofessional organization. my wife, myself and 3 relatives will no longer visit this facility. after being admitted to the hospital I recieved bills from 6 different health organizations....Toledo Clinic is the only one who would not work with me and is going to report me to the credit bureau because I could not pay my bill in full (even though they accepted payments from me 3 months prior). Dr. Michael Janowicz, staff, also The Toledo Clinic outpatient surgery staff are all phenomenal professionals. So patient with me, knowledgeable, caring individuals well worth the drive from Monroe , MI I have already recommended Dr.J to a co worker.
