I told the hairdresser that I have ear piercings, but my hair was washed too roughly with very hot water, which was painful. While combing, the comb kept hitting my right ear and even once hit my left helix piercings. My ear was still hurting and looking red after three hours. It was honestly my worst haircut experience, and overall I don’t think it was worth the price.
Excellent service Went for a free trainee haircut. Very professional and relaxing experience. Bailey appears very passionate about her training. Kirsty her mentor was a calm and thorough. I got the haircut requested as is delighted with it. Hopefully see you soon. Sherry 😊
Really great service from Kirsty who gave me a great cut and fantastic service and friendly welcome from the whole team. I arrived 15 mins early and was still seen straight away. Excellent hair care advice too. Brilliant experience, will definitely be back again soon!
I hate leaving bad reviews but it’s been months now and I still hate my haircut. Went there twice, first time was good so went second time and I asked for shorter layers at the back. I ended up having two layers in my hair and it looks like two separate haircuts cut very blunt. Nothing is blending. No matter how I style it it looks like I have two separate heads.
