Excellent 'bedside manner ' from dentist, fully explained all parts of the process
I do not recommend. Very rude young member of staff answering phone and being very patronising, apparently check ups are every 3 months, which we weren’t told. So now my son has been removed from the dentist and will have to wait 3 years to be put back on NHS list…………UNLESS I PAY FOR HIS TREATMENT! If they are full and he has to wait 3 years to get in, then why offer to do it same day if I pay cash??? Found a new dentist via 111, they advised that I need to report the receptionist/dentist as the information given wasn’t true... read more
