Personally feel overpriced with the breakfast set. The kaya spread only spread on half of toast.
Good day. This happen to me three times.... On 29/5/26 5.07 I ordered a butter toast and tea. The order came to me the toast at 5.30pm . Almost 27 mnt. If it is crowded I do understand but hardly any orders on the screen. Please in charge of the outlets look into it. Lately the preparing service at the food site getting bad to worst. Hope to see a improvement soon. I am a regular patronize guy at great world city ..and that place more busy at all times and I never have waited 27 mnt to get my butter toast.. Thanks.
Cashier refused to change my order
Was here 22 May @6.10pm to 6.15pm ur cashier is very rude and this is not the first time I encountered this is either food not hot, poor service or food missing!!!Seriously ur staffs here need to train for customer service!!!!!
Not sure why but service staff are overloaded and angsty and rude.
