Disappointed with the service attitude at this outlet. This particular staff was unfriendly, dismissive, and lacked basic customer service manners. She is rude! While the food is standard, the unpleasant interaction ruined the experience. Management needs to retrain the team on service attitude."
The quality has never been great, but I kept coming back because it was convenient close to bus stop & the service used to be fast. Since the intro of the self-ordering kiosks, the experience has become worse instead of better. Waiting over 12mins for a hot yuan yang is unacceptable.

Absolutely one of the most frustrating customer experiences I’ve had. The so-called “convenient” self-service system doesn’t even allow package top-ups, and physical membership cards can’t be used. Instead of making things easier, it creates more unnecessary steps and wastes customers’ time. To make matters worse, a basic drink like Barley wasn’t available. The toast tastes so bad, not fresh, soggy and tiny portions. Can’t believe it was aimed for human food. Even a dog won’t eat it.
