We used to get very thick bread with thick skin and full of peanut sauce. It has become much thinner now and much lesser peanut sauce and the price is also more expensive. Really disappointed...
I visited your PLQ outlet just now. There were two female staff members at the counter. I'm a paying customer, not someone asking for a free meal. There was no greeting, no smile, and no basic courtesy. After I placed my order, the staff handed my change in a manner that felt as though it was being thrown into my hand.
