Visited Toast Box at Holland Village this morning and had a disappointing experience. I ordered an iced oat milk teh for takeaway, but was served iced kopi instead. I even double-checked with the staff before leaving because the drink looked unusually dark, and was reassured that it was tea. Unfortunately, after getting home and tasting it, it was clearly coffee. This is quite frustrating as I made the effort to confirm the order on the spot, yet it was still incorrect.

Always standard. Every toast box taste the same, but the price may varies, perhaps due to the rental.
Just go to YaKun (located at the second level) I rarely give 1-star reviews unless it’s justified, and this was. Ordered an iced tea listed at $3.90, but was charged $5.10 with no explanation. Only after I questioned it did staff mention a surcharge, and confirmed there was no notice displayed. This isn’t about the amount. It’s about transparency.
