Went to have coffee a few day ago. A male staff (not slim and tall) served but was not friendly and had attitude issue. Please educate, train and motivate your staff to keep your customers as you are in the service industry
The counter staff at Toastbox have a terrible attitude towards customers. It seems like Toastbox management doesn’t care about such comments. I’ve been to many other Toastbox locations, and the experience there has always been better. Really don’t understand why this counter staff behaves as if we are at his pity.
The young guy working at the counter is really RUDE!!! Toastbox will lose all your customers if he continues working there!!
