I waited 30 minutes for my toast. When I checked with the kitchen, I was told that they had not received my order, despite me having placed it online and my order number clearly being displayed on the board. I was eventually served bread that was barely toasted.
Ordered a teh c through the phone app and waited for 30mins. The teh was actually prepared and it was reflected as 'preparing' all the time. The tea was cold by the time I asked the staff about it and the staff didn't offer to warm it up.

I think these guys should remove the “waffles available” sign board. They simply decide when and who to give waffles, and we simply stopped going there for waffles. Because they don’t have them every single time. “Waffles no more” when you asked but magically appears and the table served for the 3rd one was in the order queue. Come on guys! One recommendation (especially for takeaway): If there is no stock, customer needs to be informed before customer pays. The situation I had was doing a takeaway for my daughter. After ordering, I went to the supermarket. When I was back to collect my order after 15 min, I was informed that there is no more fried rice and only left with fried beehoon.
