自助点餐变得很麻烦 排队浪费时间 又不可以人工帮忙点餐不可以收cash 只是点一个curry puff 还要排队还是算了吧😅
The self ordering machine is a waste of time as everyone is just busy scrolling. Now the counter staff are so free to just hang around and have become slower at brewing kopi or tea as no one is standing around waiting for them to brew their drink. And how are the old people who only use cash going to pay? maybe they should go Ya Kun?!
Was disappointed to see that they have converted this outlet to a self-ordering one. It is slow for customers as everyone is taking their own sweet time to scroll and order. Now the staff at the cashier seem very free and can just stand around waiting... even the way they brew kopi and tea is slow now.. cos no one is staring at them. have never seen them so free in the past...will go to other places if all i want is a drink... and shouldn't they allow people to order with cash??!!
Although the kiosk cannot order dilo coffee, the lady on duty 20 Sept around 1.20pm help me to inform the guy brewing coffee on my choice. Coffee taste great. Thank you for your help.
You probably need to glue your eyes to the “Order Ready” screen, because your order number appears and then disappears, with no indication that your order is actually waiting at the counter. Toast Box, I think you can do better. Digitalisation is supposed to improve the customer experience, not turn collecting your food into a game of “Spot Your Order Number before it disappears.” I understand the need to manage staffing and operating costs, but there has to be a better way to do it without compromising the dining experience... read more
