Extremely disappointed and ruined my day! I ordered through Foodpanda and when it said my order is ready, I came to collect it. However they told me it’s all out of stock except for drinks, then why did you guys press the button to proceed? The female staff member at the counter is incredibly rude. Every time I go there, she has a sour look on her face and practically tosses items at me—she shows absolutely no courtesy. How do you train your staff? Is it really necessary to ruin someone's day like this?
