SCAM ARTISTS!!! Beware of fraudulent "administrative fee" that they take even when they are never going to rent to you! They use the info you give for the application fee to bill your bank account for $325 or more and claim it's to get your new apartment ready to move into but they are shady and take the fee even if you are not approved to move in. They try to get around this by claiming you are approved with a co-signer even if you don't have a person to co-sign! What a joke! Working on gathering names of others they have s... read more
