I have lived in the same apartment for just about 4 years now, never been late on rent until recently because we found out our 16 now 17 year old has a tumor on his spine and talked to their management team to let them know rent would get paid but would be late along with any late fees. was told it would be fine and yet get slapped with an eviction notice just to get more money from a family that takes 4+ trips to kc every month for drs appts for my son. They do not do as they say they will and have no compassion for anyone ... read more

never seen a property so much more worried about money and advertising than the people that live there....so disappointed...but my lease is up in a few months and I won't make the mistake of renting with this group again
Complete joke! They will scam you after living there for years, and they will bill you for wear and tear so you can pay to get the unit ready for the next sucker I mean tenant! Stay as far away as possible…

The Commons is a great place to live. It was so nice on July 3rd when my AC went out and within an hour the service people were here and it was fixed. So nice to have this quality of concern and care.

Just completed my first year at Coryell Commons and love it here. Management is the best ever... Ken is fun and well loved... and maintenance is incredibly fast and efficient. Apartments are beautiful and well designed, and Sam Coryell takes a personal interest. Excellent security. There is such a great community atmosphere, and we residents consider ourselves a family. I am so blessed to live here and happily renewed my lease. Thanks, TLC and Coryell Commons.
