Honestly worst experience I've had living in an apartment owned, having a issue with a roommate they don't care ! They will do anything in there power to just make you pay more money.! Wanting me to break a lease rather then move me to a one bedroom by myself after I've lived there over two years ! Screw that worst possible place you can live. Bad staff and bad corporate offices. Should go out of business! Never living here again. No one else should either.
I finally got free! TLC = root canal + heart attack.
I have resided in a TLC property for over two years now and have been extremely pleased and impressed with my stay and my interaction with the Property Staff. My relocation to Springfield and the loss of a loved one ended up coinciding and the Leasing Staff's welcoming spirit and helpfulness made a difficult transition easier. I have and will continue to recommend leasing at a TLC property!
The office people have told us conflicting regulations every time we go into ask. First the key card is free then it costs money to buy, rent is a certain amount and another person charges us late fees because it was calculated wrong, tanning can be paid by check no we have to add tanning to your rent. No one is on the same page. We requested a tub and sink to be fixed since January, when we moved in, it just got fixed this week. The place is beautiful and I want to love it, but the management hasn't been up to par at all.
