I have lived at Scenic Station apartments for almost 3 years, and recently started having major problems with the people that live above me and we cannot seem to get anything done about it.. They are loud 24/7 and very rude and disrespectful people, but when you call about these concerns no one hears me.. And I'm to the point where my home is no longer a home but just an apartment no peace and quiet ever...

This company is aweful!!! I rented and paid the high rent while the entire time my apartment was flooded with cigarette smoke from the upstairs unit! Then they called themselves trying to put in fiber and when a pipe busted and it flooded my apartment ruining many things including their carpet! However when we moved in they told us that we would be the last tenants with the carpet that was in there they would be changing to laminate flooring after us... still we moved because the smell from the fiber issue was not going away... read more

We love renting at Parkwood. Maintenance is always nice and quick to fix anything that comes up. Also Rachel is a rockstar! She’s very helpful and always pleasant to talk to.
I’ve worked for TLC for nearly 7 years in total. I’ve enjoyed working for them so much that I came back after a three year hiatus. It’s neat to see so much growth over the years and it’s exciting to see what’s on the horizon. I’m a fan for sure!
My wife and I live at the veranda Vista Apartments 55 and up it’s almost like we’re on nonstop vacation living in a resort, we have a gym on the fourth floor a kitchen on the third floor a Video room on the second floor and a big foyer on the first floor and elevators fantastic we have a garage right next to our apartment and a saltwater pool literally right next to our apartment door
I can not say enough about the Abby. Very nice apartment living with nice accomodations. Close to shopping and dining. Good honest people running TLC.
Very expensive and not worth the price.
i have lived at coryell courts almost a year and i LOVE it. the office staff is so nice and LOVE the pool and hot tub
