Personally, I would tell people to not rent from this company. We have constant management turnover (I believe we are on our 5 since January). You ask for repairs that don't get done and when they do it takes a very long time, sometimes months. When we moved in 3 years ago it wasn't like this. We paid higher rent so we could live in a "luxury" apartment. They can no longer claim they are luxury. Avoid.
Don't rent with this company. You will find yourself stuck with promises made to repair things that rarely get done. I wouldn't recommend them.
Lots of really old reviews on here. Ten years ago a 5 star review would have been correct, but not even close now. I'd love to see these people give an updated review, half of them used to be employees, bet their review has changed, the other half are current, or past residents, but do you even manage half of the properties the reviews are about any more? Or have you lost the privilege of managing for Edgewood?
