Laptop Fixed TLC was extremely efficient in fixing my son's laptop. They were very professional, explained what was wrong and how they fixed it and gave me solutions to further extend the life of the laptop. All my questions were answered. I am extremely pleased with the prompt, professional service I recieved.

Owner Reply As the rest of our reviews reflect, we strive to truly help our customers and charge them fairly for our services. I offered this customer a full refund if she brought the computer back and we could not fix it. It ran perfectly for several days and passed all diagnostic tests before it left our store. We have addressed this feedback as a team and will use it to better serve our customers. I am personally disappointed that we failed this customer and did not get the chance to win her back.

not trustworthy I am responding to the owner of TLC Computers. I found it strange that when I originally dropped off my laptop, I never received anything stating that you had it and what you would do. I was never contacted in a 2 week period for any updates. When I was wondering and called was told your technician was out all week????I am not comfortable at this point to let you hold my laptop hostage and then decide what you feel is your price ar the time and not have you atleast check with me. BSOD This is a great company and they fixed my BSOD (Blue Scree of Death) on my Windows 7 dual processor computer and I am up and running now. They even suggested a new anti-virus program and other downloads. I highly recommend them! Their fee is very reasonable and John and Carl really know there stuff!

Great service! I needed a stick of ram for an old computer. They had it at a great price, cheaper than Frye's! They were super friendly and willing to talk to my friend on the phone who knew more about the computer than I did. I will definitely go back!
