Update COX Email Security Estavon was terrific in doing the COX Email Security update on my computer. He was very professional and efficient and it only took about ten minutes. It was important for me to have this done as COX had set a deadline of Jan. 25 for this upgrade.

TLC computer problem solving I was in a tizzy about my 'cookies'. Cox said they couldn't help, but you guys did. As an older, computer-incompetent use, you were a wonderful life saver. Thank you and I'm sure I'll be calling you again.

FANTASTIC SERVICE & KNOWLEDGE I had just bought a new All In One Desktop Computer that had a Lifetime of Tech Support, but when you called you were placed on hold for over 20 minutes. The technician was unknowledgeable about my new system and even tried to sell me a $199.00 Malawarebyte program. TLC Computer Solutions takes the time to listen to your needs and really cares about their clients. Will always return to the TLC (Tender Loving Care) Team. 0.1 Did not resolve problem wanted $75.00 to run free internet software. That they had done for $130.00 one month earlier. They charge you for free virus software they download from the internet. Terrible customer service...... Do not recommend.

TLC Computer Solutions takes good care of you. I'm a returning customer. I went back because of the great service and pricing that I found the first time. And they did it again. The service work was done sooner than expected. A very pleasant development since I was afraid I'd have to wait a week until my next day off. The rates are reasonable. Including for products which are of high quality. I stopped Cyber Monday searching and bought my needed items from them.
