Excellent, Professional, Personal Service! by Sharon & Mark For the 3rd time recently we've had to take our HP Tower in....this time for obvious virus issues, and as always, our concerns were alleviated by the wonderful employees at TLC and the problem resolved, and as always at a fair price and quickly. Replace DELL laptop hard drive that was bought October 2012 , went out March 2013 Another company recommended not bothering with replacement of the hard drive but another laptop was more than 400.00. Very fast service, and the manager was very helpful (John Sinchak) and a great deal was given.

CD Duplication... While all had apparently lost, I arrived home after about leaving your facility, checked my telephone for messages, and received your welcomed call that a solution had been reached. I returned, got my completed disk, including another segment on the disk.Yes, I was very pleased and I definitely like or enjoy that can do attitude. You not only made my mom pretty happy, but me as well. Thanks for your determination and can do attitude John..Rogell

My box works now. Lucky for me this shop is less than a mile from my home. When my Windoze box would not power up, I took it in and now have it back with a new, very quiet power supply and all is well. I did bribe the technicians with fresh Pinkbox donuts to get next day turnaround. Its Vegas, you gotta take care of the people who take care of you.
