Diane S John was highly reccommended by a friend of mine. I had two pcs that had Vista (UUH!!!) and John upgraded both to Windows 7. Installed security, wireless. I was only without my pc's for a couple of days. He's quick, efficient, and very reasonable in price. I would reccommend John any day.
