Diagnosed my computer problem correctly and was fixed promptly My laptop was diagnosed with a bad screen and it was replaced with a new one. Everything else was fine and it works just like new. Very pleased with the service and cost.

Good job and very affordable My laptop had been slowing down and one day finally shut down. Since my laptop was an older model I had been hemming and hawing for several weeks over whether it was worth getting repaired or I should go out and buy a new one. Service and pricing so good, that I'm back again My second computer had a virus, that locked down my computer. I was going to have just the virus removed, but decided to go with their VERY AFFORDABLE in house special, that totally cleaned up my computer from garbage, updated drivers needed, PLUS added a security package, my computer is now like brand new again.. I dropped off my third today that I haven't used in over a year, because of another virus, can't wait to see what you guys can do with it... Thank you so much..

T.L.C is patient, quick, and very affordable T.L.C. was recommended to me by my son who is a hard core gamer. I brought in my lap top that was given to me and needed the original password that was forgotten, bypassed and changed, T.L.C. did the work in less then 24 hours, and the charge was very reasonable. T.L.C is now my go to when I have a problem with any of my 3 computers. I found then to be very patient, and understanding in answering all of my questions. Personal Care, GREAT turn around time! VERY Reasonable Prices!! My Review Title says it all!! Everyone is so nice...relatively small operation comparted to the 'big' guys...but will never go to those 'Best' people again! ... This was the first time using TLC and I will certainly do business with them again!
