I was very pleased with the outcome and the way the technician made sure of what I wanted before starting the work.
The overall outcome was excellent. However, there was a temporary problem with carpet bubbling. When I spoke to Paul, he informed me that "this happens all the time". That leads me to ask why you don't tell your customers that this is a possibility, and that they need not panic when it does happen. It took three days for the carpet to fully flatten out.
I am very pleased with the service for my Drapes/Curtain Cleaning. Paul Freeman and Jason did a very good job. They showed on time and were very professional. Good Job.
