Didn't need service after all.
The technician was determined to give us a quality job and was particularly focused on removing some stubborn stains. We were pleased with the results. They were on time and on budget. We will be calling TLC again to do some additional work for us.

I was very impressed with how prompt and courteous "Chip", the cleaning technician was. I was already nervous about my upcoming wedding and did not want to deal with "carpet cleaning chaos". TLC/chip arrived, got his work done, billing completed, gathered his materials, and was on his way within a short time. What a relief! ~
