TLC is a pleasure to do business with -- they were very fair on what constitutes a 'room'. He didn't rush the job -- he worked on spots until they were CLEAN. I love the results and will call TLC from now on.

My only less than average rating is on cleanliness. I left the workers there on their own, and I came back later to inspect. The job was done in a competent, workmanship like manner. However, I was surprised that after the stretching, trimming, etc., that the loose carpet fibers that were created were not vacuumed. The work area was not properly cleaned up; since the loose fibers are a part of doing the job, my assumption is that the scope includes cleanup, whether explicitly stated or not.
