The service was very good.
I'm amazed at the work that TLC was able to perform! I have light gray carpet that I thought was destroyed by my active Golden Retriever. TLC came in and cleaned everything like new!!! It's amazing how that total clean feeling can really uplift you in your home. I will definitely continue to use Paul's company for my mid-year cleanings!
The edge doesn't match up without a gap. I feel he cut the carpet too short. Not worth the $53 I paid
On a scale of 1 to 10 (10 = very good). I give TLC a "7", economical for relatively good service.
They did an ok job, their customer service was excellent. But we feel that the quality of the job was not as good as it could've been.
TLC was on-time, courteous, and completed the job as expected and as described.
