"Very Good" is not a high enough rating to put down for the people at TLC. Paul, who booked the appointment was so courteous and helpful, I knew from just speaking with him that I need look no further. Aaron, who did the carpet repair work was efficient and did a wonderful job. He seemed almost more concerned about what solution was best in the long run for me than I was. A Super group of guys!
service and value is second to none
The reason I rated timeliness poor is because he got lost and was 2 hrs late. He did call which made up for that. Several stains in my carpet did not come out.
TLC showed up on time and attempted to make the repair. The service person was not satisfied with the job that he had done and wanted to return with another piece of equipment to do a better job. We rescheduled and TLC did not charge for another service call. I was very impressed.
The carpet is was not attached good on one section that they pulled up.
