Very Courteous, very professional and my carpet looks brand new!
Did a greta job with pad replacement and total cleaning of many pet stains.
He didn't move my furniture therefore, the underneath of my sofas was not cleaned. Fortunately for me, it was real dirty. The chemicals left the carpet feeling rather stiff but he did do a super job of getting stains out. Everything else was fine.
We think that they did an excellent job. The person that came out for the job was great. We recommend them to anyone who requires this service.
Anthony did a first-rate job and got rid of stains we thought we permanent. He was courteous and very thorough. My husband picked up several interesting carpet-care tips from Anthony, who is very devoted to his job and knowledgeable about it. We will call this company again.
The carpet refasten/stretch job was good and I was satisfied with the work. The carpet cleaning job was not as good. The steam cleaning pulled stains up from the padding and left big stains on the carpet were previously there were none.
