The cleaner was Late due to traffic, but he called and let me know.
Very proffessional attitude, service. Presentation of representative was great. Good pricing, very competative.
Didn't use any protection for shoes. Carpets weren't dust or spot less. A great overall job.
TLC forgot to bring equipment which delayed the cleaning about 1 hour. Some marks around the vents can be seen (dirt).
We played phone-tag at first and they rescheduled my appointment a few times. But they finally made it out to my house and did a great job with the repairs. And the cost was unbeatable.
