Jason did a very good job cleaning 6 rooms and one stair. He's a good, experienced worker...and didn't try to sell me anything more than what was ordered.
disappointed in the service. Man seem like he was in a hurry to get somewhere else, instead of doing a good job here. I would not call them again for my carpet cleaning needs.
Nice guys but I was unhappy with the seams that were left showing in virtually every room. Technician said it couldn't be help because of the age of carpet but it would have been nice if technician had warned before hand or contacted me before proceeding with the rest of the house to let me know.
The guys were great. Very informative and I would use them again and recommend them to others.
The guy who did the carpet stretching was very good. The carpet cleaner seemed to be in a hurry and I have to point out numerous areas that were not very clean.
the carpet looks nice, but they used our outdoor faucet and left it on. we did not realize until the next day. that is pretty irritating.
Excellent job on the stretching. The carpet looks wonderful. The only downside was requiring my assistance, but it DID rain and kind of ruin the plans for handling the throw rugs.
