This is our first home and we are the 2nd owners. We moved in our home in March when we got our new washer and dryer. When it was first hooked up, the dryer seemed fine. It took a while to dry. Recently it would take nearly 5 hours to dry a single load. We called the GE out to look at our dryer and it was ok. The tech was very freindly and went far beyond the call of duty. He made a good impression on me. My carpet is still nice and clean even after weeks.
