Paul was very helpful, much more so than the dozen other cleaners I had contacted on my own. I had already taken my curtains down and stuffed them into my trunk (so they needed pressing in addition to cleaning). He recommended a different kind of cleaning system, with another service provider. I would highly recommend him for his honesty and concern for my interests. Next time I need them cleaned, I'll leave them hanging and call him!

Had to call them back to complete the job we had agreed on. He arrived on time, moved chairs, tables, etc. Carpet looked great when he left - but when I went to move the furniture back, I realized that he hadn't moved the sofa and love seat. Both are very easy to move - the sofa and love seat were filthy underneath, so it was obvious that it hadn't been moved at all. When he came back and cleaned those areas the next day, he apologized and scothguarded my carpets, at no charge, as an additional apology.
I DID NOT HAVE TO DO IT MYSELF!!!!!!!!!
