I came across Philippa and TLC by accident whilst looking for a therapist who gave HOPI candle therapy. I have been twice and wow, I wish I had known about this treatment and Philippa years ago! Her premises are 100% professional and clean, and Philippa has the skill to put you at ease and make you feel comfortable. I cannot wait to go back and have regular HOPI candle therapy as it has made a huge different to me - cleared by sinuses, blocked ears and eustachian tubes. 10/10 does not truly reflect Philippa and her service.

Philippa is absolutely lovely! Welcoming, easy-to-talk-to and extremely good at her job. Her clinic is within her her house and is always clean, fresh and beautifully kept. She offers a large range of treatments and is very knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

Had a lovely experience at TLC ☺️ this evening, Philippa, was very welcoming, she has a beautiful relaxing therapy Room , we discussed my treatment options and she made me feel comfortable within myself , which is something I struggle to do…..i am looking forward to my next treatment session with Philippa x

What a find! Philippa couldn't have been more reassuring and comforting. I had a slightly unpleasant problem which she has cured for me! Her clinic is spotlessly clean, she offers a wide range of services and treatments, gave follow up advice and was an all round lovely person. I am planning on returning for a facial. Thanks Philippa for all your help x

Philippa is friendly and welcoming and carried out my treatment (a Pro 60 Facial) professionally, with care and effectively. I highly recommend her treatments.
