Not good. Actually, it was terrible. Went in to get a tooth gem and was told after 5 minutes that the tooth gem “expert” (🤨) was ill and hadn’t called in so they only just realised. What do you mean? there’s only 1 customer in the place and you only just clocked your colleague wasn’t there? anyways the girl who was there said she could do it but she’s only done it a couple times so i agreed.
