Absolutely spot on service. New to area so didn’t know any local trades but went off google reviews. He came same day and fixed the first issue of leak and then also fixed faulty central heating pump. Bled all radiators. Highly recommend
First time we've used Tom. He attended as soon as he could, to investigate a leak at the basin tap connection in my mother's bathroom. I'd already isolated the leak, so no longer an emergency, just an inconvenience. Tom identified that proper basin tap flexible connectors had not been installed, alternative fittings had been adapted onto the tap tails.
