Went in for a free class and immediately joined. They went out of their way to make the new people feel at home, and immediately accountable for the workout we put in. This is good, I need some more of this. Excited to keep training.
Such a great workout! If you've never boxed before, don't worry. They take the time to teach you and give you pointers. They aren't pushy but are still motivational and keep you going. I did one class and I'm sold!
A friend convinced me to try this, I'm hooked. Great stress relief and so much fun!!! Everyone there is friendly and extremely helpful. Every trainer is different, and all are great.
