I had my first class today and my experience was more than great. The staff was very welcoming and they helped me a lot in learning the ropes around the gym. Needless to say I joined after my first class was over. Thank you!
This place is amazing. The trainers are super awesome!! I signed up for a free trial week and ended up joinong because I loved it! They make the workouts fun even when you're so ou of shape haha (like me). The trainers are very knowledgable, fun, and have patience showing you all the combos and exercises that they do. It's a very energetic hour of your day and it doesn't even feel that long because you are having fun while having a kickass workout.
