I can say nothing but amazing things about the trainers here and the incredible experience I had at my first ever boxing class. Honestly, after one class, I was hooked! Really, I'm mentally and physically craving my next class. So why only four stars? Well... I am a very fit person and already regularly swim, run, do yoga, hike, and bike. Absolutely LOVE this place! Everyone there is super motivating! Classes go by so fast (except for ab part... Lol) I joined for a year because it was time for me to do something TOTALLY FOR ME! can't wait to see where I am in a year!
I start my first class Sunday! But the staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and FUN! I loved all the encouragement I received and the positive vibe and energy was contagious! I'm on my way to a better me and a better LIFE!
Title has absolutely changed my life! I have loved every second of coming here! The staff get to know you right away, they encourage you, and you immediately become a part of the family! I would not want to be anywhere else
I had my First class today with Chris! It was so much fun! I had the best workout ever! Everyone was friendly. Explained everything, showed me around! I felt like they were they to help me get the most out of it. I recommend this to anyone! Don't be afraid if you think you can't do something. They will work with you! I can't wait for the next classs!
