Love all the instructors! Everyone is so welcoming and they make you feel very comfortable. The workouts are intense and everyone has their own style! The 530am workouts are my faves! I signed up after my free week...i was addicted after only 4 classes!
This place is amazing! The workouts are suitable but challenging enough for everyone of any fitness level- or any age! (I think kids have to be 8 to join) What makes Title Oviedo different from other places I have been is the caring and motivating instructors! These guys never disappoint!
