Awesome program and incredible trainers. Fun and beats the heck out spending hours on a treadmill or stationary bike. Get your entire body engaged and working.
As a new member, I can honestly say this is the most fun I have had working out in quite some time! Having a mix of different trainers gives variety to my workouts and I sweat like with no other cardio. I come out of each class feeling strong and I ❤️that!!!I highly recommend these guys and girls !!!
Amazing! Staff is super friendly and they let you go at your own pace while still pushing you. I had a great time and can't wait to go back!
