RecommendedI loved the boxing and kickboxing classes I took this week! The instructors come ready with plenty of energy to pump you up even after a long day at work. All staff members treated me like family from the moment I walked in the door. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great workout with a personal touch!

Title Boxing Club is a fantastic place to go. I am disabled with a double spinal fracture that formed scar tissue. I also have a brain injury and yet I went in to try it and had a blast. Chris was the trainer and he was very understanding that I couldn't do certain exercises. Instead I do my modified versions and no one makes you feel that you are less than the rest. From the moment I spoke to Kevin, I was excited to check the club out. I went in , learned more, had an unexpected workout because I was just in time for a boxing class with "Bones", and can't wait to catch more classes next week!
