RecommendedBeen at this club for a few months and can truly say that all the trainers here are knowledgeable in their art. I love not only getting a good workout but also learning the right techniques.
I was convinced to take a class and check it out. I had no intention of joining, but after my first class I knew this is why I was looking for! I ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT! I’ve been back several times and have not been disappointed. It’s starting to get to a point that I’m looking forward to coming and when I can’t I’m disappointed. Recommendedtook my first class this morning and I had a blast, it was awesome. it was my time taking boxing class or doing anything remotely close to it and it was so much fun. the instructor was amazing. definitely will go back and I definitely recommend it to anyone and everyone all levels.
RecommendedI joined recently because a friend invited me, I just wish I had joined sooner!!! At first I knew nothing about boxing and that was okay! All the staff are so friendly and amazing! Everyone goes above and beyond to make you feel like family! Of course the workouts are great too! I am so grateful that I tried a workout and joined this one of a kind club!

RecommendedSuch a family vibe, intense workouts that push you harder, coaches/instructors that motivate you. You'll probably want to throw up after your first workout but it's so worth it!
