I went along with my partner and kids for a free class. From the moment you walk in you feel like part of the family. We did join, after 3 classes I lost 5lbs. The kids keep me motivated and its nice to bring them along and not to leave them at home while i work out at a traditional gym.
Great work out and the trainers are always upbeat pushing you. The core at the the end is awesome, I can really tell the difference the way my pants fit, it's great!!! Bones and Jesse are the best!!!

My daughter does the kid’s class with Byron and she loves it. All the staff is very welcoming, including the owners. Glad we found this gym.
