wouldn't honor a price they quoted to mount and balance tires when they found out I wouldn't buy their overpriced tires. charged 50% more to mount them, then refused the free lifetime rotation even though these were brand new tires. tire boy put on my directional tires wrong, then blamed tire manufacturer for it. it clearly had arrows molded into the tire and the word outside molded into tire....
I just had a complete brake job done on my GMC Sierra, and the work done was Excellent. I reccomend Tire Town to anyone needing automotive work done to their vehicles(s).

I had a leaking tire, went at 0830 to get it fixed! I was told that they were real behind come back at 11am, and when I did was told can’t get to it till Monday!!!!! Don’t tell someone one thing and not honor that!! Poor service!!
I know not everyone is perfect, I will start with that. We had several things done on multiple cars and never had problems, with that being said today was a big first. I had service on my Nissan Maxima 2014, someone replaced my front passenger wheel bearing. What I thought was a great job, turned bad real quick. As my family and couple friends were headed to concert on I-10 we heard pop and bad sound like wheel coming off. Even worse we happen to be on I-10 bridge.
